A seiruv is a writ of contempt issued by a Jewish court (beit din).  There are currently two seruvim (pl.) that have been issued against Meir:

• Seiruv issued against Meir on June 23, 2010, signed by Rabbi Hershel Schachter, Rabbi Nachum Sauer, and Rabbi Avrohom Union.

• Seiruv from The Agudath HaRabbonim which was written while Meir was still living in New York.
